Not satisfied with the services

I was an employee of Aditya Birla Minacs, Bangalore from December - May. Every month the organization used to deduct tax from my salary. I quit the company in May and at the time of quitting, I lodged a request for the Form 16 so that I can file my return. Its been more than 60 days and I have reminded the company s HR many times. Also I requested my manager to request for my Form 16. He did send request emails but in vein. The HR team does not respond at all. This has really troubled me a lot and i am planning file an RTI and even if that does not work, I will send them a legal notice. Today itself I have requested them for the last time and as the deadline for filing the return is approaching, if I miss a chance of filing the return, I will take some severe actions against the company.
