Defective Nokia 6233 handset

I have brought Nokia 6233 handset from The Mobile Store on 28th Aug'07. Since then 5 times my handset showed problem and i have given the set to Nokia Care at Ultadanga branch, Kolkata. But my mobile's problem is not rectified properly. The problem almost 6 sims got damaged from this set. After a month or so sim crashed. Pl help. My this handset should be replaced with new one as 5 times it has been given to nokia care and it is under warranty period.
