Billing address changes require

Hi I am Delhi Post paid (9953110612) customer, i am using vodafone last one year and half month around. I put a requent for change my billing address at Vodafone sote with new resident proof, but address is not updated till. When i call to customer care they told me that " Sir aap ko new address proof najdik k vodafone store me submit karna padega" while i have already submited document.
