Nokia Handset Model No. 5200 (IMEI No. 358659011442341)

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind attention towards my Nokia handset model no. 5200, red in color with IMEI No. 358659011442341 (around 7 months old) under one year warranty. I have been visiting service centre at Green Park Extn. (Near Uphaar Cinema) to get my phone in proper working condition since 8th July, 08. But, all my attempts are gone wasted. I have sent email 3 times on "nokiacare@hcl.in & npcdli@hcl.in" along with all my jobsheets & complaining letter. But no action has been taken so far. Now, I am compelled to go to the Consumer Court to fight for a new handset in place of my old one as the company is failed to repair the handset properly & wasted nearly 2 months warranty.
