Worst service my Nokia and bad behavio

HI,

I have given my cell for servicing, they said they have replaced my cell power module and gave back taking basic service charges and also charged extra for power module. Donno really they replaced or they just bluff to take money. After that my mobile stopped charging... when i connect it just says "not charging". So have given it again but they have removed few resistors so that even that "not charging message doesn't come. Instead of solving the issue they made it more worse and now it is not at all working.

When i wnet to complain against the boys at the care center to that manager, the way he spoke was ridiculous.
