Trilink HR Pvt Ltd is recruiting manpower to a UAE based company Trilink electromechanical works. Hefty service charge is collected from jobseekers for recruitment in this company while many people have approached Ministry of Labor in UAE for harassment, denying leave, irreegular salary etc. About 14 persons (of the total labour strength of 75) have so far approached Ministry of Labour in UAE for redressal of their grievances.
I have paid Rs 25000 (against a receipt of Rs. 10000, which was returned to me when i have to return from this company due to improper treatment). Another worker Mr. Ranjith have to pay about Rs.60000 and he could escape after a year of service. About 5 persons have escaped cluthes of the company in Nov. Another 3 persons are in MOL now fighting their case. Under duress many has adjusted to the dictates of management and withdrawn the case.
