Worst service as the NOKIA customer care staff has changed my new phone to old p

I had given my new phone (1 month old) Nokia 5800 for service and NOKIA customer care told me that they have to send the phone to Delhi to check the mother board. Today (Sep 9) I went to the Nokia Customer care center in RTNagar, Bangalore to collect the phone.

To my shock they gave me a changed panel which was very old. It was ridiculous of them to land me in such a situation, where for last 12 days I am not using my phone and I have to wait for 7 more days according to the Customer Care staff.

They are so careless about customers properties that they tried to give me an older phone.

I had bought this phone from Univercell for 14000/- Rupees and I have the bill with me.
