HP Petrol very poor quality

I genereally fill my petrol in Srinagar Colony (METRO petro pump- HP Petrol) in Hyderabad. The Petrol here is very poor quality and my vehicle service person asked me to change petrol pump otherwise vehicle will be damaged.

I do also suspect on the quantity levels. atleast 5ml is short for 1 litre of petrol.
