Nokia handset/ nokia 5200
Change of harddrive of handset in nokia care cente

I gave my handset nokia 5200 at nokia care center in chinsurah (hooghly W.B) for repairing upper keypad and microphone. while dipositing the hand set it was fully functional except the above mentioned problem on date 22/06/09.

but on 25/06/09 when i went to inquire about my hand set they said it is not functioning and cannot be repaired. they said the phone is heating up so there is a problem in the harddrive of the set.

now the phone is not getting switched on.

i will like to bring the superior authority of nokia's attention to this matter.
