Worst performance of handset after 3time repai

Dear sir,

I m having an E-63 handset i purchase it on 26/07/09 and it hanged on 23/07/09 i went to ur rohini service station they re lode the software but no result i found again the same problem i faced again i went ur service station on 2/08/09 they cell me again come to 8th ur hand set well be submit here i again went there on 8 th and my hand is submit there i get back my hand set on 13 th but the problem is same plz help my out 91 9971606909
