False promiss by Nokia about Nokia 5800 Xpress music Touch Phone

I had Purchase the Sub Mobile from Renukoot in 22nd Jan-09 and get the problem of Screen display in the month of Feb Last then my set has been changed by Nokia care Varanasi, in March-09, but from 26 Jun -09 same problem Occures.

I was visited the Nokia Care on dt. 10/07/09 "J S Enterprises Main Bazar Anpara Dit - Sonebhadra" but no solution given and said to give to Varanasi as Standby mobile not available, Then on Dt. 15/07/09 i visited the "BABA service Point" Varanasi which has 160KM from Renukoot and after Taking the time of 2:30 Hrs said its to be sent to company and ask to come on 30/07/09.
