This is with regret I have to inform you that my set has developed problems the day it was purchased from (30-Nov), it was having manufacturing defect.the very first day when we inserted the SIM, it was getting switche off. Next day only we went to Sop (The Mobile Store Plot No-118, Ground Floor, 80ft Road, Koramangala, Bangalore-95). They sent me to Nokia care center to save themselves. Nokia guys found the defect and took 2 day to rectify the problem. After 2 days they told me that they’ll be sending the handset to Nokia Head Office for replacement. My complaint has been registered at Samvaradhi Technologies A/4, KHB Colony, Near Airtek Office, 5th Block, Koramangala Bangalore-95 with Job sheet id – 285343506/08/1201/165.They told me to collect the handset on 20-Dec. It is going to be more than 1 month but I have not received my handset. Everytime they keep on saying that component is pending from head office.

Since I have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
