Being Cheated by Service Enginee

My complaint number is 260639001.

Nature of Problem: I have 20 inches Onida CTV. On 26th Dec. 2008 I filed my problem with Onida customer care. The problem was No picture was available but the audio was fine.

Reason of Complain: The company Adonis Customer Relation Centre, C/o. Malody Music Centre, 795-98, Bhimnagar Chowk, Gurgaon; sent a service engineer Hari Om (Mobile No. 9999612594) to fix the problem. According to him, he has replaced an IC and the bas to fix up the problem and charged me Rs. 1250/- for IC, Rs. 270/- for BAS and Rs. 325/- service charges. when I asked for the bill he told that he is not carrying the bill and will give me the bill the next day. I had to pay him Rs. 1845/- without the bill.

He did not come to deliver the bill till date (4th Jan). I feel he has cheated me because he was insisting me not to take the bill and in that case he will reduce the amount by Rs. 300/-.
