1.Microphone is not working.

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have recently purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems, the Microphone has been out of order after one month of purchase.

I have purchased Nokia N70 on dated 07.04.08 from ANAND ELECTRONICS, Bus Stand Market, Shaktinagar, Distt- Sonebhadra (U.P) whose TIN No. is 09615201343 W.E.F 30.05.2001 and Mobile No.is 09415231366.

I don't know weather he is an authorized dealer/sub dealer/agent. Even after first repairing he was not able to tackle our problem and still our set complaint remain same.

So I want to take some strong actions against that seller and replace my handset as soon as posible.

We expect full value for our money and also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
