Re:- repairing (under warranty) of Nokia n70 music edition set Colour black IMEI no. 356294015761223

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have purchased the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The datas are vanishing automatically from screen. Then after 4-5 hours the datas come back while switchon the cell. The phone also hangs.i had submitted it in nokia care (add.-s.s.services 96/2 star press building, chunniganj crossing colonel ganj kanpur ph. 0512-3292978 on dated 02 sep 08 but i did not get any resonse from noika care. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to repair or replace (if it can't be repair) the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
