DON’T BUY NOKIA, I WASTED MY MONEY

Do not buy nokia mobiles, I lost my money purchasing one N72, on 30 dec when I was talking over phone all of sudden mobile screen went blank and i took that to the nearest nokia care there they said I can collect my mobile in 4 days, but I have received my mobile only today ; they are telling that water log on mother board, hope I should have opened the mobile while I was talking and should have spitted over the board

For the kind information the mobile is still under warranty, he is telling it wont come under warranty and giving nokia rule RW 12, Poor nokia service, I don’t know how comes a customer is responsible for board problem.

If they continue the same type of servicing, it’s sure NOKIA will be out of INDIA soon.
