Nokia N72
Non-repair of the handset

I submitted my Nokia N72 for repair (No.6101061456) on 3rd March'08 to Guwahati nokia care centre. But everyday I am getting the same message that the handset is under repair and to re-check the status on the next day. How long I have to wait for my handset? Or please replace my set with a new one.
