Delay in Repair / Replacement from Nokia Service Cente

Re:- Repair / Replacement of Nokia N72 set, IMEI: 359570019001725

I am Renu Tiwari. I would like to inform you that the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have given my handset to Authorized Nokia service center (HCL, S-10, GREEN PARK EXTN. (NEAR UPPHAR CINEMA) NEW DELHI - 110019) at 25- Sep. they have committed to return back my mobile on 30-Sep, 11:30 after repair. But currently they are not picking any phone calls which is provided by them, neither they are responding by mail or at my mobile 9971462601. Once we are going to center for collecting my handset from service center, then they are saying "your handset has been repaired but we are waiting for challan, please come and collect after two days". this is the fix answer since 10-Oct, at every two days. I expect full value for our money (mobile purchased value Rs. 8000) and Rs. 500 per day delay cost and ask you to replace the set at the earliest if it is not repairable or missed by service center. Also ensure a fix date by which I can collect my Nokia mobile N-72 handset from service center.
