Dear sir, cheating by M /s adroit financial services pvt. ltd. (lucknow) saran chamber .lucknow Uttar Pradesh. I was maintaining a share trading A/c with M / S Adroit financial services pvt ltd at UGF 63 'regency avadh chowk lucknow 226003 sub broker / agent of company .my client A/c no . is clt005. as on 13-11.2007 ' i had to recieve Rs. 24880/= frm M/S adroit financial services pvt ltd . towards sale proceeds of shares sold from time to time. besides, i had to recieve the delivery of 50 shares of SELMCL . M/s Adroit financial services pvt ltd chowk. downed shatters at chowk lucknow in december therefore, i approched their local office at haz ratganj, lko who told me that me that i have to pay rs 141955.06 whereas per me i have to recieve Rs. 24880/= frm company . on further enquiries the company people told me that i have to pay rs 141955.06 in the commodity a/c i have never traded in commodity exchange but it seems that the company in order to avoid payment of rs.24880.31 as also delivery of 50 shares of selmcl to me had played mischief and created a statement of a/c in respect of commodity trading i therefore, request you to please look into the matter and initiate suitable action against the above company for fleecing the client and also ensure that the company pays me 24880.31 and delivers credit s 50 shares of SELMCL to my dmat A/C . An early action in the matter is solicited
