Company is not replacing handset even ruined condition and it is under warranty

I bought my N-81 IMEI no- 356994014106490 7-8 months back. Only after 3 months of usage it got problem of automatic keypad and it hangs, the nokia technician call it some IC problem.when i took the set to a nokia care in dehradun in january they said it was a software problem and returned me the set after upadating the softwae next day. Two days after this, the cell again had the same problem and i took it to the nokia care. They sent it to thei head office on 28th Jan saying it will take 15 days. They returned me set after 25 days saying it was alrite and some parts were replaced. Now this time the set had same problem which it previously had after few days. Again i took it to service center and asked them for replacement.again it was sent to head office on 3rd March and returned more than after 1 month. Meanwhile i also contacted the nokia customer care but it also didnt proved helpful10 days after i received it it again created the same problem and now the cell worked vry slowly, hanging and had a bad camera quality. On 4th may i again gave the phone to nokia care in dehradun and strictly ask them to replace the set, also i called their customer care and asked them to replace my set as it is having problem for last 4 months which is not repairable. On 30 th may i went to collect my cell and again it was sent repaired with its front cover broken and polish faded. My new set has completely ruined after being 5 months with nokia company and my valuable money has drowned. They are not responding upto mark and i have left the set with them asking them its replacement. I dont knw why these people dnt take customers seriously and are not ready to replace the set when it is unrepairable and still under warranty. Also this time they have sent me it with an old and broken front cover.kindly help me in resolving this matter. My RN no. for this time is RN27286.
