Axis Bank's Worst Customer Service

Dear All,

I had a cash deposit of 5000 rupees to my account on 9TH May and since all banks declared that other bank debit cards can be used in all the ATM's from April 1ST, i tried to with draw cash of 4000 rupees from SBI ATM but the advice slip stated "insufficient funds" but the money was debited from my account.

When i lodged a complaint they gave me a reference number and said that i will get the cash reversed in 12-14 days. But today when i called (20-05-09) they are saying it will take even 50 days.

Please do not become a customer of this bank and suffer like me.
