Inappropriate behaviour of the staff

The services available here are completely flawed. The working staff, right from the security guard to the manager needs to undergo a behavioural training. Speaking out of personal experience, the personal secretary/ manager Mrs Vidya Rani is the most ill mannered professional I've ever come across. We were verbally abused and asked to leave the office in a not-so-polite manner.

There've been instances when the pedestrians have been man handled by the security guard for unkowingly trying to cut across the bunk. Such kind of behaviour in highly unacceptable. If the senior management is reading this, it is my humble request to tackle your staff coz sooner or later they would be the reason for the closing down of the bunk.
