Nokia Service Centre unable to repair Nokia N95 phone

I bought a nokia n95 phone in august. From then till date i've got my display unit repaired twice without any accidental issues. Three weeks ago my mobile's display again went blank partially. It was getting illumined at the edges. I took it to Nokia Care situated at Salt Lake Sector V, Kolkata. They quoted 3500 rupees for the job to which I agreed.

But soon they let me know that it was not possible for them to repair it because the phone had "HARDWARE ISSUES". On asking in detail, they couldnt give me any proper explanations. Without further quarrel, I went to Nokia Care situated beside Hindustan Park Fire Brigade, Kolkata.

There they quoted 4500rupees for the same job. They harassed me thrice giving false commitment of delivery of repaired set. They finally promised to deliver it today.

But today, 26th Oct when I went there and submitted my jobsheet again, after sometime i was told on further enquiry that no such job sheet was at all submitted. On display of my furious rage they located my mobile and said that it was not ready yet because on changing display unit its not working even.

On grounds of insecurity that someday ahead they'll again deny my submitting the phone to them, I took back the phone from them without further repair jobs being done by them. Now where do I go? How many times is it possible for a normal individual to buy a 28k phone?
