Lackmail for extra money for goods delivery

Dear all concerned users of packers and movers facility,

This is regarding the unlimited pain and anguish I had to suffer at the hands of "Advance Packers and Movers, hyd". As per our agreement, they were suppose to shift my goods from hyderabad to bangalore in two lots. So we mutually agreed to spilt the money in two halves. The first installment of goods were delivered without much of a hasssle. Without expecting much problems we approached them for the second delivery within two weeks. This time too there was no problems till they took possesion of our goods. All problems started when we were expecting the goods to be delivered to our bangalore address. They asked for more money or told us to collect the items for their bangalore office as they informed us that the contract didnt included door to door delivery. We were scocked to hear that and later confirmed that our bill did included door to door service. On further probe it sounded like they have tie ups with other transport guys who were demanding extra money for the goods delivered, which our Advanced Packers and movers guys politely passed onto us. They starded demanding for extra two thousand over the agreed amount for doing the same. After a few hours of phone calls mostly STD to delhi (Their HO) andn Hyderabad which must have costed us not less than 500/- we got our goods by paying a negotiated extra amount (1000/-). This money was paid even though the owners relaized the folly of his people and left us at the hands of his hyderebad guys for negotiation for that amount.

I strictly advise anybody against using the services of "ADVANCE PACKERS AND MOVERS". Dont believe these guys, they just dont have any self conscious and business ethics.
