Defected handset (battery problem)

A mobile No. 7662018037701, model 2760, costing of Rs. 3432 was purchased by me from M/S Shivam Telecom, Opp. Gopal raj Bhatia Shop, 22 Civil Lines, Near Prakash hotel, Roorkee (U.K.) Vide bill No. 6558 dated 08.05.2008.

Unfortunately the mobile is said to be defective by the repair centres, Nokia Care, Kapil Enterprises Shop No. 1, Last floor, 22 civil lines, roorkee but the same returned without repair after a long time.

I request the shopkeeper either to replace the defective mobile to get it repaired but all in vain. He refused to do so and told me to through it into the dustbin and advice me to purchase a new one. this way he behaved me rudely, harrased me and torched me, wasted my time and money both.he has become now the cheapest source to defame the name and fame of the world fame Nokia Company. The handset problem has arise after 15 days of purchasing, I know the Warranty period is over but The Whole responsibility goes to the Shivam Center and the Nokia Care Roorkee. they could not solve the mobile problem in warranty period.

Kindly help me at this helpless stage and oblige as i have no other source except to approach your goodself. I shall not forget your kindness as well as name of the company. Your's sincerely
