Bad service of nokia care & company

Dear sir/madam,

With due respect I want to inform you that i have given my Nokia handset model 5300 imei no-353095027494551 to nokia service centre faizabad for repairing two month ago which I have not received it yet. Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more.

so I request you to kindly take action against that care centre.
