Nokia/Nokia N70 Music Edition
Automatically Loudspeaker & Music Player get on at the time of any Incoming/Outgoing Calls

I, Parvesh Kumar Jha purchased a “NOKIA N70 Music Edition” from Tarun & Co., B-5/1, Sector-4, Rohini, Delhi-110085 on dated 29-01 in Rs. 9, 900/-.

There is a problem in my handset, “when I receive any call (incoming/outgoing call) Loudspeaker & Music Player starts automatically.

I have complaint several times to our Nearest Nokia Care “Dexter’s Digtal Lab”, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi but no such action has been taken by them.

I purchased NOKIA with trust on it though it’s costly than other brands. But nobody will forgive this kind of customer service from NOKIA. I want to penalize NOKIA and responsible persons for the unfillable losses suffered by me. I demand NOKIA to compensate all the losses incurred to me becoz of their service and pay back the money I spent in purchasing the phone.

Also, pl. find attached a detailed DOC File Complaint for your kind reference & record.

An early action in this regard shall be highly appreciated.
