Software complaints

Sub: I would like to bring your kind notice that my phone has some software complaints and is not working properly.

Sir,

I am a frequent user of Nokia Mobiles from 2002.Till 2008 Aug i was pretty happy with the services you provided. I got a job, from that earnings i managed to buy Nokia 5220.First month it went smoothly without any complaints from the very next month it is showing all sorts of complaints. Many times i went to Nokia care sighting different problems about my mobile. They adviced to change the software i did so, sadly i lost my valuable numbers and lots of personnel information. Same thing happend again and again to be precise 3 times till this date. At that situation i had noother option but to exchange my handset. With that in mind i went to Nokia priority but they offered only Rs.2750, for the mobile i bought for Rs.8400.So i dropped that plan too.

I am so desprate because my phone is totally dead now. Tomrrow i am going to Nokia care for the 4th time with my dead phone. I really don't no if that will make any different. Please do uphold the trust i have in you. Hope you will do the needfull. Expecting your reply.
