Sir,

I deactivated my GPRS a week before but airtel still daily take charge of Rs. 10.00 for VAS download from my mobile account.

I contact 121 many times and register my complaint 5 times but nobody give me right solution. I am loosing Rs. 10.00 daily.

Please help me.
