Efunding of room rent

Hi, i am tanushree chakravorty living in house no c-9/vijaynagar, north delhi.i started to live in a girls private hostel in north campus in october and signed a aggrement to live till april.i submitted 5000 thusand as security money.i was told to inform one month before i leave.i was even told that i will be fined two hundred ruppes per month if i leave it before the agreement date.as i want to leave it in march a month before agreement they are asking me 1200 rs for the six month i lived there or threating me they wont refund security.i cant affort to give that much amount.

kindly somebody help and can anyone suggest where to complain.please help.
