Dear Sir / Madam,

This is regarding the transaction made by your Living Media India Ltd. Executive Mr. Narayan for INR 7000/- on my credit card through phone call without my consent for purchase for your product. (Call received from no. 1409305268)

I came to know this fraud only after I received an SMS from ICICI Bank Credit Card, during the same phone call with your executive for which I told him I have not purchased any product and the amount is being debited from my account which is not acceptable.

Kindly help me to get my Money back.
