Harassement due to non delievery of Courie

As United Insurance Had made an courier of my Car Policy from Ambala City to Ankush Gupta #1087/1, Sec 29 B Chandigarh on 29/09. As per my talk with ur Courier Person today he made a velguar Language with me and i m Fed up by his talk, his mobile no is 09896085118, and when i want to talk with the person in chandigarh, he told me to talk with the Insurance Company or Courier Person Of Ambala, I am going to take an legal step on monday Regarding all this as i made several calls to different person of your courier company but no body gave the right or suitable answer for this as my receipt no is10750.
