Hi my name is Abdul Kadar, I am very upset with Fly mobile company and their service center Men in Black Telecom which is located in Arambaug Shop No-1, Opp Khavaiya Hotel, Veer Savarkar Road, Thane (W),

I have purchased this FLY B430 mobile on 27 May from Paragon Department Stores. After 3-4 months this stupid phone get heated and switched off. I never wanted to buy this mobile but this salesman of Paragon insist me to purchase this model. It was my big mistake i got convinced.

I went to FLY service center on13 Sep 2010 and handed my mobile to them they committed me to repair my mobile and return it to me in 10-15 working days. Today its 11 oct almost one month and all time i get different excuses from their sales person.. Its got delayed in courier, oh they are not getting Mother Board, Its almost done will soon u will get your mobile. Finally i have decided to lodge complaint against.
