Non Delivery of consignmen
Indecent behaviour of your staff Mr. Aravind at your Kandivali (East)

Consignment No. 2012568098 booked on 28.01.12 to Indian Bank Coimbatore -1, with an assurance that the same will be delivered on 31.01.2012 without fail.

After confirming that the consignment was not delivered even at 4PM, I went to your office, a lady staff who try to attend to me promptly, one Mr. Aravind (name was given by lady staff only) started shouting on me and informing that the consignment can be delivered at or after 7PM. When I am trying to tell him that which organisation will received after 7PM, he said to shut my mouth and asked me to get out of the office,

His rude behaviour caused mental agony to me, resulting in resorting to this complaint.

The consignment has important documents and if the same is not received promptly your company is only responsible for the loss. I request you to probe into the matter and see that the consignment is delivered today itself.
