Non Delivery of Speed Post in Delhi

Dear Sir,

I had forwarded application for appearing in AME Licence exam to the Office of CEO, Ministry of Civil Aviation, East Block-III, RK Puram, New Delhi 110066 on 23 Apr 09 vide spees post No EE 907186202IN . However the letter has not been delivered till date and neither the satus is available.

Hence I shall be missing my precious attempt in appearing the exam scheduled on 07 Jul 09

I think there is requirement to handle the complaints more efficiently
