Material was not delivered

This is to Inform you that we have one courier from New delhi to Cochin with way bill no 11998134385 DTD 01.7.2009. It was promissed that the material will delivery on 3rd july. But we don't receive the courier and got the reply that it will deliver by tommorrow only. That means it will take 4 days. In the case of normal couriers take 3days from dlhi to cochin. with normal charge (Rs.50.). But you charged the 5times double charge (Rs.250) and take extra one day for delivery. It is not correct. We must need the item by today. Do the needful and inform us the position.
