I failed to claim my prize

I am a winner from the Australian Lotto Lottery Inc. they send me an attachment of certificate with the reference number and batch number on it which proves that I really am a winner from the mentioned lottery, after that they instructed me to contact the paying bank that they gave me for the transfer of funds. Unfortunately the paying bank (Barclays Bank London) did not respond to any of my messages for that reason I tried to contact the agent (Rev. Paul Kennedy) who gave me the certificate but suddenly he did not reply too, upto now I am still hoping that I can still claim my prize it is for many good purposes.
