Recomplaint for unwanted caller tunes and songs and hence over billings

Respected Sir,

We have got 5 mobile sets from your Prestigious company for our Office use. The mobile nos. are :

9212578853, 9212578854, 9212578856, 9212578861, 9212578862. But in May you have issued over

Billing for our Five Mobile sets, but we use our mobile sets only for Office purposes, so there no Question for

Over Billing and your company has put unwanted caller Tune and Songs in our various mobile nos. of office.

Even for June you sent Rs. 335/- extra in our mobile bills which we have to pay otherwise the mobiles

will be disconnected by you.

But the point to be noticed is that these caller tunes and Songs are provided to our various mobile nos.

(mentioned above) without our desire and prior intimation and despite our various complaints to you

through you Customer Care Centre and previous complaint through the email dated 23/06/08 your company

didn't take any action but why we have to pay for you negligence and inaction.

Please take prompt action or we have to go to CONSUMER COURT.
