Non-delivery of letter to Nepal

Dear Sir,

We booked an urgent letter with enclosures, by SpeedPost from Bangalore on 03 Feb

The reference no. is EK303259999IN.

It is over a WEEK now that the letter is NOT delivered to the addressee so far.

On-line tracking is JUST USELESS as the Deptt does not update movement.

Telephone calls to the concerned elicits the reply"we will tell you tomorrow".

There is NO ONE accountable to the customers queries.

Please publish this, so that other customers should take note and learn from our

troubles. If you can help us, getting the delivery information to the addressee, it is so kind of you.
