Voter id card

Dear,

sir my name is in your voter list but my photo I card not delivered due to non receipt of photo i have submited our photo twice in your office i have a receipt but my cards is not still deliverd.and i have voted two times with out voter id card by help of any id proof.on the time of election i received a slip in which my address is wrong they write gali no 8 in place of 10.

so i requested to u that please remark my request and make my voter id card with right address. my vidhan sabha no.is 70 karawal nagar part 34 .
