People putted waste of there houses on roads

Sir,

when i go to ashok vihar bharat nagar in mandir gurudwara street delhi 110052.

i saw some people maked karries on roads with big pots and tree and some people had putted there house waste near wall.

for eg: waste beds, bikes, wooden pieces, and some people through garbage in park due to which mosquitoes take place.

so plz pay attention to this matter.
