Delay in pension

Through this application, I want to draw the attention of concerned authority towards inconvenience caused to me due to delay (1 year) in release of my family pension. Firstly, my family pension papers were sent on 4-12 (file number-4536) from branch of SBI (faridabad). Again, my family pension papers were sent on 3-6 (file number-2452) from SBI (faridabad) to chandni chowk office of SBI with the hope of release of my pension .but still it was of no use. Then, officers of SBI (faridabad) sent repeated reminders to them and I also made several visits to chandni chowk office in delhi but still staff of their office refuses to talk about my papers and very rudely replied me that we are not responsible for your family pension. I request you to look onto this serious matter as soon as possible.
