Illegal Construction

There is an illegal construction going on at 167 Sarai Jullena, Maulana Mohammed Ali Road (Central Zone). The owner's name is Mr. Laxmi Chand S/O Late Shri Hari Singh.

It was already reported to MCD control room on the 05.11.2009 with the complaint number 3835 but nothing has been done so far.

The construction should be stopped as it causing lot of inconvenience to the locals. The street is very narrow and on the top of it, it is very crowded. The construction work has made it impossible for the people to go through the street. The ventilation is very bad as the construction has covered all the common surrounding area.

The MCD drinking water is also being used for this construction. It is impossible to sleep as they working at the night. We had made few humble requests to the owner, he would not listen us.

Please take action to stop this construction. So, that locals in the area can live here peacefully.
