Poor activation services

Dear sir,

I have personally visite your gallery on 17.01.08 to activate my call conference, but it has not done till 19.01.08, again I have visited followed by SMS message on 20.01.08 & amazed to know that such services has been de-activated (without informed to me) again I have requested on same day to activated, but yet not activated, & receives plenty of SMS from you with-out pleased to subject,

IS THIS SERVICES PROVIDED BY YOU??? as an largest network provider???

REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY DE-ACTIVATE THE CALL CONFERENCE FACILITY, AS IF I WILL CARY FROM MY ANOTHER SERVICE HAND-SET
