Wrong packing and information

I want to complaint regarding the Hair dye colour. recently i bought a godrej brown colour for my hair from wanowrie Pune but when i applied the dye it turned out to be black-- I am really upset and need to compalin to godrej for compensation. I have already put in a complaint with complaint forum. Please help out or i would have to escalate the matter further.
