Water not coming at all

Sir my name is gowri shanker staying at old city my residence no is 18-7-179/5/2, opp shisumandir

gowlipura old city hyderabad, we are not getting water for last one year, not only our house whole area we complaint to the water works department at shemsheer gunj so many times, they came after somany follow ups, i my self went and got them to see my area incharge called mr vijay mohan and mr shabber, they saw and told us they need to extend the pipe line, they will make the statement and send to head office to get the permission, its almost three months complited but there is no respose sir.we request them please there is summer ahead do it fast, we want water but they lease bother to take any immediete action, i woundering is there any person to solve our problems, please please take a necessary action on the person who suppose to take an action, i am being an advocate not able to solve personel problem, kindly understand the situation and please do the needfull as soon as possible.
