Behavior of Security guards at Old Madras Road Big Baza

Sir,

This is to report an incident took place on 10th January, Saturday after noon as I, along with my baby and wife about to step out of BIGBAZAR (AT OLD MADRAS ROAD BRANCH) after settling my bills and showing the same to the security at exit gate. Suddenly he found, there was a bip sound at scanner gate for my wife’s hand bag, which she has brought from the same Big-Bazar, ~6 months ago. The security has found a small tag inside the tiny wallet, which may be was not removed that time (ofcourse by cash counter at that time of purchase). But that person now started to harass my family and me for continuously 15 minutes with so specific reason. My baby (2 years old) was crying profusely and we were NOT allowed to pass OR to enter. Even the station manager was staning with no action and very reluctant to react. This was utter frustrating.
