I would like to know what for you have claimed Rs.1200.00 from my credit card on 23.11.2008? I have not made any on line transaction? I have not received any consignment in this regard?

I would like to know how come you can do so? kindly reply me and clarify the details other wise I have to take this transaction very seriously and take necessary action.
