Dear Sir,

This is in reference to the above mentioned subject as I { Yash Singhal } Advocate Rajasthan High court is having a property in Kamal Vihar Plot No. 6, Mangiyawas Road Near Maharani Restaurant Prathviraj Nagar Jaipur. The said property was purchased by me for residential purpose adjoining to me on right is land lord on left i.e. plot No. 7 is of Sreenath property dealer at back of mine and north facing plot is No. 1 the owner of this plot has used my boundary wall and he has constructed on my boundary wall with out seeking my permission.

As the construction which he is doing is illegal as per the high court, and moreover he is doing construction with out leaving a set back.

In this context I have already given you a descriptive letter dated 7th July.

As the construction is in full swing, in spite of knowing that I am a advocate and the thing which he is doing is illegal he is neither stopping the work nor talking to me, he is saying that he is having some great contacts in JDA no one can even touch him.

I humbly once again request you to pls do something in this context and some action should be taken against him at the earliest.
