Non receipt of Topup recharge benefit

Sir,

Am Yash Gangooly from Bangalore. my prepaid connection number is 9986635857

On 03.08.2009 i have recharged Rs, 69/- to avail topup benefit. its not effected to my tariff plan. All my outgoing calls/sms are charging at higher rates. when i made complaint at Customer care, they informed me Rs. 69/- not appeared in my account. Again on 05.08.2009 i recharged same top up plan for Rs, 69/- on 05.08.2009 and got service confirmation, saying that request will be meet within 24 hours. But till this time all my calls /sms are charing at higher rates. please colve this problem or re creedit Rs. 69 x 2 = Rs. 138/- to my account.
